Important: the property is not fully fenced — some areas have no fence or gate. We recommend that families with young children take this into account before booking and supervise children in the outdoor areas.
Pets are not accepted. Large-scale parties/events are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited in all areas. Quiet hours are between 00:00 and 06:00.

Yes, we can accept certain small events, but only with prior agreement and after a phone conversation before the booking is made.

Each request is assessed based on the type of event, the number of participants, the schedule and how it will take place.

An extra fee applies to events on top of the standard accommodation price, as they involve more people, additional use of the property, special preparations and more time needed to prepare and clean the house before and after the event.
